Thunderbird Bungalows is open April through October – our pool is seasonal and is not guaranteed to be available outside of prime season which begins June 16th, 2023.
we do have some dog-friendly cabins available, pets must be registered in advance of stay. Pet fee – $20/night or $100/week per dog plus taxes. Maximum of 2 dogs permitted per cabin.
Maximum Guest Occupancy applies to all ages (infants included) – we will at times allow a 5th guest in select 2-bedroom cabins for additional $15/night plus taxes – must be notified of request for additional guest at time of booking.
3 bedroom cabins require minimum 2 night bookings at any time in the low-season and minimum 3 night bookings on long-weekends, weekly stays only in July and August.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A 50% deposit is required for all current year reservations, we do not accept credit card payments over the phone or online, deposits can be paid via eTransfer to email@example.com. Final payment is due at check-in and we accept all payment methods in-person. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% service charge. For one night stays full payment is required at the time of booking.
Our rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars, plus GST (5%) and PST (7%).
A valid credit card is required to be placed on file upon check-in regardless of payment method used. Security charges will only be applied to your credit card if necessary and you will be notified in advance. Guests are financially responsible for all charges related to damages, policy violations, and additional cleaning if necessary.
High-Season Bookings – Full refund of deposit for cancellations made up to 60 days prior to stay, less a $50 administrative fee per cabin cancelled, no exceptions.
Shoulder-Season Bookings – Full refund of deposit for cancellations made up to 14 days prior to stay, less a $50 administrative fee per cabin cancelled, no exceptions.
