Thunderbird Bungalows is open April through October.
A minimum 2-night booking required on weekends in June & September and all long- weekends.
Pets are only permitted in Cabins 22 & 23 and must be registered in advance of stay. Pet fee – $20/night or $100/week per pet plus taxes
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A 50% deposit (before taxes) is required for all current year reservations. Final payment is due at check-in.
Our rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars, plus GST (5%) and PST (7%).
Our payment method is eTransfer or a mailed cheque only for booking deposits.
A valid credit card is required to be placed on file upon check-in. Security charges will only be applied to your credit card if necessary and you will be notified in advance. Guests are financially responsible for all charges related to damages, policy violations, and additional cleaning if necessary.
CANCELLATION POLICY
High-Season Bookings – Full refund of deposit for cancellations made up to 60 days prior to stay, less a $50 administrative fee per cabin cancelled, no exceptions.
Shoulder-Season Bookings – Full refund of deposit for cancellations made up to 14 days prior to stay, less a $50 administrative fee per cabin cancelled, no exceptions.
