Thunderbird Bungalows is open May Long through October – our pool is seasonal and is not available outside of prime season.

we do have some dog-friendly cabins available, pets must be registered in advance of stay (under 30lbs, non to low-shedding, minimal barking).  Pet fee – $20/night per dog plus taxes.  Maximum of 2 dogs permitted per cabin. 

Maximum Guest Occupancy applies to all ages (infants included) – we will at times allow a 5th guest in select 2-bedroom cabins for additional $15/night plus taxes – must be notified of request for additional guest at time of booking.

The majority of our stays in July and August are minimum 7-night bookings, shorter stays will be offered as available in select cabins.

One night stay requests are subject to availability in select 2-bedroom cabins and are not offered in July or August. A 1-night surcharge of $20/night will be applied to our base rates.

3 bedroom cabins require minimum 2 night bookings at any time in the low-season and minimum 3 night bookings on long-weekends, weekly stays only in July and August.

BOOKING AND PAYMENTS

Bookings can be made online using the Book Your Stay option on our website or by phone or email request. Full payment is required at time of booking. Credit card payments are subject to a non-refundable 3% service charge. We can also accept an eTransfer payment for no additional charge if booking is made by phone or email.

Our rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars, plus GST (5%) and PST (7%).

Security charges will only be applied to your credit card if necessary and you will be notified in advance.  Guests are financially responsible for all charges related to damages, policy violations, and additional cleaning if necessary.

CANCELLATION POLICY

High-Season Bookings – Full refund of deposit for cancellations made up to 60 days prior to stay, less a $50 administrative fee per cabin cancelled, no exceptions.

Shoulder-Season Bookings – Full refund of deposit  for cancellations made up to 14 days prior to stay, less a $50 administrative fee per cabin cancelled, no exceptions.
